Hamas victims sue Binance over alleged ‘assistance’ to terrorists


Crypto alternate Binance, its former CEO Changpeng Zhao, together with the governments of Iran and Syria, have been named as defendants in a lawsuit filed by three households of victims affected by the Oct. 7 Hamas assault on Israel.

The plaintiffs, who embody former hostages, members of the family of these affected and the property of a physician killed whereas treating casualties, are in search of damages underneath the USA Anti-Terrorism Act, claiming the defendants supplied “substantial help” to terrorists.

The grievance was filed in New York Southern District Courtroom on Jan. 31, stating:
