IBM continues to be dedicated to supporting your journey with the WebSphere platform. There is no such thing as a deliberate end-of-support date for WebSphere 8.5.5 and 9.0.5. IBM intends on supporting these WebSphere releases past Oracle’s said prolonged help date for Java 8.
