A Florida man has filed swimsuit in opposition to two Clark County males and their cryptocurrency mining companies.

Roberto Rubim of Orlando and Orlando-based Orion30 LLC filed the swimsuit in February in Clark County Superior Courtroom in opposition to Andrey Kechik, Andrey Taranov and their firms, Crypto LLC and GOGO Applied sciences, LLC.

The criticism alleges the native males and their firms violated Washington’s securities act, breached their contract, breached their fiduciary responsibility and violated the state’s Shopper Safety Act.
